It's dishwasher safe, a huge plus for me, and the top is large enough that I can clean it with a bottle brush if I choose. It does not keep drinks hot or cold, being single walled, but I don't need that anyway. The bottle fits nicely into the 'water bottle pocket' on my shoulder bag, still slim enough to be out of the way.
