(More customer reviews)This product is a great idea for long distance runners.The clip in is a little bulky and sticks out a little much, but it is bearable for those runs where you really have to have the nutrition along.My only real problem with it is that the flask that comes with it doesn't have a very good flow spout.It requires a lot of squeezing and the hammergel comes out achingly slow.I have replaced the flask with hammergel flasks and they work much better.The Hammergel flasks fit very easily into the clip on.Another thing, I just pull the whole clip off and put the whole clip back in rather than try to pull the flask out of the holder.Even with the Nathan flask that came with it, it was in there too tight for quick grabs, but the clip on just slips on and off pretty easily.That works best for me.
