I love it...and the built in shut off valve is very innovative and excellent for any transport needs you may have with your full pack. Also let me just say I am very interested in buying their full on replacement pak - Hyrdrapak Reversible Hydration Bladder Reservoir, 100-Ounce because it has quick connect to allow you fill the reservoir without having the tube attached...got the quick connect - [...] EXCELLENT idea.. now that is innovative thinking...can't say that about their competitors...you know those camel guys...:)
