(More customer reviews)The Sigg thermos is a good investment if you like your hot drinks hot and your cold drinks cold.It does cut some nice features out to maintain the simplistic design (such as a handle), but like I said, it does it's main job very well.
If you like a simple/sophisticated design then you will enjoy this thermos.I've used my red thermos daily for almost a month and it hold up to a liter. It does appear that the outer shell can scratch fairly easy and I find myself treating it gingerly, but that is the trade off for a candy apple red exterior.
The thermos is double-walled and vaccuum sealed as well.If you never owned a thermos before this one will blow your mind with how well it keeps things hot or cold.
I make smoothies in the morning, and by the end of the work day, there are still ice crystals inside.I'm not saying it is exactly the same as 8am when I make it, but it's pretty darn close.I like to joke around by saying this thermos "is like a mini refrigerator."I am happy with my purchase for $35.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Can Sigg bottles be used for boiling water?
A: No. Strong heat can damage the outer coating.
Q: Can dents in the bottle damage the Sigg bottle's inner coating?
A: No, the Sigg inner coating is highly elastic. Dents cannot crack or chip the internal lining and the Sigg bottle remains perfectly usable.
Q: Can I use my Sigg bottle for carbonated drinks?
A: Yes, all Sigg bottle tops provide a 100 percent seal and will not leak. It's recommended that you fill the bottle no further than 1/2-inch below the lip. And before taking a drink, relieve the pressure inside the bottle by gently rotating the entire top.
Q: Are Sigg bottles dishwasher safe?
A: Yes, but because of the narrow mouth of the bottle, hand washing is recommended.
Q: Can a Sigg bottle be placed in the freezer
A: No, as this may cause the bottle to crack. However, the bottle can be chilled in the refrigerator.
