(More customer reviews)I can't think of ANY negatives to this bottle, or the tote.People just need to realize they're buying a water bottle, not a thermos.The tote really helps to keep it cold or hot, but it's just a sleeve, it's not gong to keep it that way for long.Both do exactly what they're designed to do (and make great gifts).
