(More customer reviews)it isn't quite what I wanted.I luv the flip top, great design!I don't luv warm water and of course this bottle does not claim to keep your water cold.When they said don't use hot water in this bottle, I soon learned why....ouch!With just the metal between your fingers and the hot water, the metal conducts the heat right to your hand, DAH!I can see where this would be a good bottle for people who cycle or hike and don't mind have the water tepid but....not my thing!
