The image shown here has the flip-up straw - that is not what was sent to me. The one that was sent does not have any way of drinking from the bottle except to unscrew and remove the whole lid. Amazon has agreed to refund my purchase including the shipping charges, but wanted to make anyone else aware since the item pictured above is still incorrect.
