(More customer reviews)1 step up from the UD handheld without the insulation.Running in 90-100degree heat, this keeps stuff cool for about an hour.over time the pocket will stretch to allow more goodies in there.currently 2 gels and an id card.i rarely take the sleeve off since I just clean them out immediately after my runs.price is kind of steep for what it is, but they have a niche on the market.i never run without at least 1 of these.i prefer to carry one on each hand, but it does take some getting used to.now I feel weird without having 2.when/if these things ever break down, I will by again.currently using these things 8-12 hours a week for about a year.no issues yet.
