(More customer reviews)This was my first try at a water belt. It was the smallest running belt I found and felt comfy in the store, so I gave it a try. A few minutes into my run I was already tugging it back down. Now I am female, so my hips are bigger than my waist. A water belt needs to be snug to stay in place. The first time I tried to take out a water bottle the whole belt popped up and was bouncing loosely around my waist. Also, the bottles have elastic loops holding them in place, which are a pain to take off and put back on. In fact, one of my loops broke the first time out. I eventually held the bottle in my hand. Finally, I also realized that I need more water. I am training for a half marathon. I have only run seven miles and drank most of the water. By thirteen, this won't hold enough.I took this back, tried a hand-held bottle, which also drove me crazy, and finally ended up with the Nathan two 10 oz. bottle belt. I love it! It doesn't budge.
