(More customer reviews)It's not much more than a strong plastic bag with a cheap plastic top (like the ones on water bottles).Difficult to hold and drink from, because the vessel is too pliable when it's not completely full of water.Also difficult to fill up- I had to use a funnel to pour from my Brita pitcher - hard to hold onto when it's completely empty to fill.Not worth $16 in my opinion.I'd return it but don't want to pay to ship it back, it's not worth it.
