(More customer reviews)I am a middle distance runner.I do not prefer this hydration belt.It bounced around at the back, which was uncomfortable.It rubbed a chafe mark in the small of my back.It feels rather bulky.I tried then switching it around and wearing it on the front, but that bounced a lot, and slowed my pace.However, if there was nothing else available, then I would have kept it.
The positives- it can hold a Razr phone, a key, and ID in the zipper portion.It has a small, reflective swoosh.The bottle did not slip out.
