(More customer reviews)I couldn't be more in love with EcoVessel's insulated 25 oz bottle for adults. I have a love affair with that thing, really. I thought my 2 year old son deserved the very best as well, so I got two of these for him. They are great as far as insulating beverages, and I don't worry about milk going bad when I put some in and it sits out for a while. His beverages are always cold and he likes it that way. Also, it seems to be a durable product made of good materials. HOWEVER, it does not fulfill the number one requirement for me- whether or not it is leakproof. The sippy part and the black ring that screws onto the bottle come apart, and that is where the liquid is always bubbling out of.
2/25/10- I am editing my review to talk about Ecovessel's awesome customer service. I contacted them after I wrote this review to let them know of my disappointments in the bottle and to see if this was a common complaint, what they would do about it, etc. I was put in touch with Jon, one person, who helped me through the entire process. He first tried to troubleshoot with me to see if I wasn't putting the cup together correctly or latching the lid right. After I tried all of his suggestions and it was still leaking, he quickly shipped me two new sippy cups, no questions asked. I got them yesterday, and though they still leak a few drops here and there, they are much better and totally what I want. Because Ecovessel appreciates and trusts their customers so much, I will be one for life. The pros of this sippy far outweigh the cons, and it is refreshing to do business with a company who really understands what true customer service is. Such good service is hard to find these days.
