(More customer reviews)I was initially a little hesitant about running with something in my hands (especially on long runs, as I am training for a marathon), but I was pleasantly surprised.
The bottle is easy to use (has an open/close tab which prevents leakage) while running and because it is insulated, you get a nice COLD drink while running. (I fill mine with ice and water and they tend to say cold for about 2 hours when I'm running outside). The bottle does not have a straw and you can easily squirt it into your mouth while you run... perfect for keeping a fast running pace for me.The jacket around the bottle makes it easy to hold as it has a strap that goes outside your hand... I haven't had one issue holding onto it while running.

My only complaint is that the key holder in the front is not big enough to fit my car key, although it fits a house key just fine.It also nicely fits 2GuGel packets inside without a problem.

I own 2 now, and use them both in my training and love them!! (I've also tucked them in my bag for work if I have a long meeting, as they stay cold even longer when you're not training with them outside)
