I love this environmentally friendly message, and the shape is just great. The cap is convenient for holding, and the shape fits perfectly into my backpack's side pocket. However, my hand is quite small, so I have a little trouble holding it. Also, because it has a plastic coating on the inside, it is not completely environmentally friendly and cannot hold hot liquids. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this product.
