(More customer reviews)I was very happy to find these stainless steel bottles in the midst of the SIGG BPA scandal.The bottle is a nice size, and the designs are very nice. My daughter loves the butterflies.

However...the flaws.Even when the sipper spout is closed, it leaks if it lies on its side, and let's face it...a kid's bottle won't be upright all the time.For instance, if I pull it out from the bottom of my purse, the pink cap is full of water.And when you open it, water goes everywhere...very annoying.The other very annoying part is that you cannot hook your finger through the cap loop to carry it, or to attach a caribiner as the lid pops off.My daughter sees me carry my Nalgene water bottle by the loop, and gets so frustrated that she can't carry her water bottle by the loop.

Obviously, because it is metal it's going to dent, which it does quite easily.And I have never put this in the dishwasher (as they suggest you don't) and the paint is chipping off.

So, back to plastic bottles I go.
