I drink Vitamin Water or PowerAde when I mountain bike and this cage holds on to the 20-ounce bottles VERY securely over rough, rocky, root-filled trails. It also grips 20-ounce Deer Park spring water bottles with the "sport top" as well. Lastly, if you use a bottle that is slightly smaller or larger than normal, you can bend the front in or out to adjust the grip. I highly recommend this cage. It gets the job done for a great price and the silver looks good on my black/silver Trek bike.
