(More customer reviews)I love the straw and I love that it flips down. It stays out of sight of my two sons grubby hands. I love the loop at the top so that I can grab it quickly. I love that you have to bite the straw to get the water out because that will keep my one year old out of it for at least a little while. My 2 year old figured out how to do it in a day. It's well made and sturdy. I wish the neck of the bottle was a little wider because it makes pouring water or putting ice in it just a little harder. I bought the insulating sleeve and can't imagine this bottle without it. It cuts down on all the condensation, keeps my drinks colder for longer and has a strap on it that lets me hook the drink to my purse when I have no hands free. I recommend the insulating sleeve just as much as I recommend the bottle! I am very happy with this bottle!
